If you guys are looking for good danishes , Scarsdale Pastry Center is the way to go! This is my favorite place to go to get danishes however they have a ton of other options to choose from. The staff is incredible as soon as you walk in you are greeted by the nice young lady in the front whom I believe is name is Jessica. She is the best as she explains everything to you if you have questions especially if you’re worried about the ingredients. On top of that the staff on the back are also wonderful, they see the people who come in and greet and treat you like family and start conversations with you. Moral of the story is if you are looking for a good pastry place I suggest to try Scarsdale Pastry Center and ps try their cakes they are also so good not dry and not too moist.

Such a great bakery everything I’ve ordered and had is delicious! The young pretty lady Kelly at the counter is always so kind and welcoming to my family and I. Definitely recommend them!

This is not the place to get an on theme cake. What a disappointment this bakery is. They do not have professional cake decorators. I went in and was assured that they would execute a one tier cake that was Toy Story theme. I asked for just clouds and a sign that said “A BOY STORY” clearly what was given to me was not even remotely close to the example photo I emailed them and showed them in person the day I ordered the cake. They did remove the letter “s” after my request and they offered to refund the money and they would keep the cake. Who in their right mind on the day of an event would walk away empty handed when they need a cake for a party. I was tempted to take my money back and leave them their came, however then I’d be left with no cake on the day of my God Son’s baby shower. All in all, this place has cute little cookies and pastries, but does not have expertise cake decorators. Would not recommend for any big themed cake decor.

Honestly, the rainbow cookies have too much extract and they're a bit stiff, and very sweet. Just my opinion, seems most people would disagree with me. Also, though the cookie is right on the sarah bernhardts, the filling is not. I had these cookies in Iceland and drove 2 hours today to this bakery because they're one of the only places that makes them, but was disappointed. If you're ever in Reykjavik, look for these cookies at almost any little cafe and do a little comparison for yourself. Totally different. That being said, they ARE good cookies - very rich, but they're just not the same. And way smaller. The black and white cookie, now that was good. Fluffy, unique texture with the perfect icing. And the raspberry mousse cake was also beautiful in flavor and in appearance, the tartness of the fruit was not drowned out by sweetness. Definitely recommend this cake. Nice experience overall and happy to try a new bakery, regardless.

The Scarsdale Pastry Center has been a Scarsdale treasure for decades! They have delicious Challah’s, breads and an outstanding selection of cakes and cookies. They also offer fresh coffee and lattes as well as fantastic croissants and other breakfast treats that you can enjoy all day. They are famous for their chocolate melt-a-ways and their marble cakes.
